Our Spring 2026 Girls NFL Flag Football League offers two competitive divisions: a High School Division (Grades 9-12) and a Middle School Division (Grades 6-8). Each player will receive an official NFL Flag Football jersey and flag belt to keep! This is the perfect opportunity to learn the game or brush up on your skills prior to the fall high school season. Join us this spring for a fun, fast-paced and empowering flag football experience!

 

• PRACTICES

  • ​The season begins with pre-season practices on March 15 and 22.

  • On each game day, teams will be provided field space to run a short practice before their scheduled game.

​​

• GAMES

  • All games will be played on Sundays (times will be determined based on the number of teams).

  • Players should expect to be at the field for approximately 1.5 hours on game day.

  • Regular season games will be held on April 12, 19, 26, May 3, 17, and 31.

  • Playoffs and Championship game day is June 7.

• TEAMS/COACHES

  • Registration is individual, but teams will be assigned based on attending school or location. We will do our best to place players on teams with their friends.

  • Teams are asked to acquire their own coach, and a pre-season coaching clinic will be offered to support volunteer coaches to prepare for the season.

  • Team assignments will be sent out prior to the first practice.
