The Virginia Hurricanes, based in Arlington, VA, run competitive flag football teams for girls in grades 1 to 12 that compete locally, regionally and nationally.  The Hurricanes have won five NFL Flag Football National Championship titles.

During the Spring and Summer, the Hurricanes offer flag football workouts and coach girls teams in competitive tournaments.  During the Fall, the Hurricanes help coach teams in the Arlington County NFL Flag Football League.
